This isn’t a job board.
We're not going to hand you fifty listings and let you fire your resume into a void. We keep a list of folks we know well enough to spot a fit the second a role comes in. When it's you, we call.
How this works, honestly.

Most recruiters meet you the same week they need you. By then it's already a transaction — they've got a seat to fill and you either match on paper or you don't.
We'd rather know you before that. So the conversation isn't about whether you fit something that exists today. It's about what you're actually good at, what you want next, and what would have to be true for you to leave where you are.
Then when something shows up, we're not guessing about you.
Here's the deal, and we'll hold up our end. There might be nothing for you this month. There might be nothing for six months. We're not going to pretend otherwise to keep you interested. If something fits, a person will contact you. And if we're not moving forward, we'll tell you that straight, with a reason — no ghosting, no we've decided to go a different direction. You'll get a real answer even when it's a no. Especially then.

Who we're looking for
It's got almost nothing to do with where you went to school or how many years are on your resume.
We're looking for folks who own outcomes instead of tasks. Who bring you a problem before it turns into your problem. Who'll tell you your idea has a hole in it — respectfully, with something better — because they actually care how it goes. Who can tell the difference between being busy and being effective.
If you read that and thought yeah, that's me — get on the list.
Get in our system
Straight up: this puts you in our database. That's the whole point of the page.
Here's why it's worth two minutes. When a company hires us to fill something, the first thing we do — before we post anything, before we source a single new person — is search what we already have. If you're in there and you fit, you're in the conversation before the job exists publicly. Sometimes before it exists at all.
And it's not the resume black hole you're picturing. It's small, it's sorted by hand, and a person reads everything that comes in. We won't get to a conversation with everybody. But nobody here gets screened out by a keyword.
Stuff that’ll actually help you
Getting in our database is step one. These free guides cover the rest. Find out what really happens to your resume in the first ninety seconds, how to get past a keyword screen without sounding like a robot, what interviewers are actually asking behind the standard questions, and how to tell if a job's any good before you say yes.
They're built from years on the hiring side of the table, and they're the same practical tools we use with our own candidates. No fluff, no generic advice you've read a hundred times. Just real stuff that works, free to download and put to use today.
